Overview
MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) and HDF (High Density Fiberboard) are engineered wood products made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, combining them with wax and resin, and forming panels under heat and pressure. They offer a smooth, uniform surface ideal for machining, painting and laminating.
The mills we select run continuous press lines and can supply ultra-thin 0.8 mm panels for laminating as well as 43 mm boards for heavy-duty use. We confirm the formaldehyde grade (E0/E1/E2) with the mill before ordering and check the grade marking on the panels before loading. All certificates are held by the producing mills. Copies are provided with every order.
