Particle board (chipboard) is made by pressing wood chips, sawmill shavings and sawdust with a synthetic resin binder under heat and pressure. One of the most cost-effective panel materials.
We source particle board in three grades: standard for general furniture, melamine faced for ready-to-use cabinetry, and moisture resistant for humid environments. Two or three mills are compared per order, and the panels are inspected before loading.
General-purpose for furniture carcasses, shelving and interior. Smooth sanded surface. E1 and E2 grades available.
Pre-finished with melamine paper on both sides. 100+ color options. Ready to cut and assemble.
MR-grade with enhanced moisture resistance. Green core. For kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and humid environments.

We work with orders from one container (20ft or 40ft). Because we source per order, standard, melamine faced and MR particle board can be mixed in the same container. Mill MOQs for a single specification are higher than one container, which is exactly why buyers come through us.
All certificates are held by the producing mills. Copies are provided with every order, and we check the certificate number with the issuing body before the order is placed. Formaldehyde grades E1 and E2 are available; E1 is standard for melamine faced board.
Standard board: 1220x2440 mm and 1830x2440 mm, 9-38 mm. Melamine faced board: 1220x2440 mm, 12-25 mm. We confirm availability with two or three mills before quoting.
