Melamine Faced Boards — Custom Decors, One Mixed Container

Melamine faced MDF, HDF and particle board in 100+ decors, matched to your samples through selected mills. Several decors can travel in one container.

Overview

Melamine facing is the process of bonding melamine-impregnated decorative paper to a substrate panel under heat and pressure. The result is a durable, scratch-resistant surface — ready to use straight from the factory.

We do not run a press. Melamine facing is done by the mills we select: they hold 100+ wood grain, solid and stone decors and can match a sample you send. Our job is to match your sample against real mill stock, confirm the base panel and grade, and check the facing before loading. All certificates are held by the producing mills. Copies are provided with every order.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the MOQ for melamine faced board?

One container (20ft or 40ft). Decors and thicknesses can be mixed in the same container, because we combine output from more than one mill.

Can you match a custom colour?

Yes. Selected mills keep 100+ wood grain, solid and stone decors and offer colour matching to RAL or Pantone references. Send a physical sample or a reference code and we check it against mill stock before quoting.

Which base boards can be melamine faced?

MDF, HDF, plywood and particle board from selected mills, 2.5 mm to 43 mm depending on the base panel. The base board and the facing mill can be different suppliers — we check both before loading.
